Having suffered with my back for a number of years going to the toilet was frustrating and a painful experience, as my back did not want to bend. I had no problems installing the K1500 myself, and I was most impressed with the delivery not just to the day but to the hour promised. I have been using my K1500 for a month now and would not be without it, my back does not suffer I get a good clean hygienic wash and dry. Toilet paper is no longer needed so saves on the environment also. Excellent product

I have received outstanding service every time I have contacted Ascot Hygiene Ltd. The product works extremely efficiently. It is easily maintained with a nice design. We have two bidet seats. I shall continue to use this company. The service is friendly, I have received good advice. and have been impressed with the prompt delivery of goods.
