Very small unit - and does what it says it will do. Provides warm water at a reasonable flow rate, and if it is impratical to have hot water direct from your main boiler you cannot go far wrong with this unit. Simple to plumb, simple to hook up to an electrical supply. Customer service and warranty from Ascot has been A1. Would definately buy again.
